We accept returns within 21 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (ie. no makeup stains). Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for all purchases. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you would like to exchange it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept exchanges within 21 days of purchase. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of product defect or error on the part of Montage L.A. (ie. we shipped the wrong product). If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will waive the shipping fee for the returned item, as well as ship the corrected order to you at no additional shipping cost provided that the item is still available.

At the moment, we only ship within the U.S. However you may make purchases through HopShopGo, a third party vendor that ships from the U.S. to anywhere in the world. Please note that all purchases made through HopShopGo are final.
